Sorted and Delivered Donations

Thanks to Katerine Locke, Debra Locke, Lori Burnett, Connie Crowell and Becky Clark who helped sort and pack donations last week. Fifty-five items for Bridges of Williamson County have been delivered as well as 100 for the Bordeaux NW Family Resource Center. More items will be delivered next week.

Tunisian Crochet

We've had many requests for this class and finally have found an instructor, Reyna Lorele. to teach it! It will be offered from 1:15 p.m.-1:45 p.m. Visit Reyna's website to get to know her, the wonderful work she has done and her patterns!

Knitted Cables

This class will be taught from 12:30 p.m.-1:00 p.m.

Knitting with Circulars and Doublepoints

This hat will be taught from 10:00 a.m - 10:45 a.m.
Kit will include everything you need:
yarn, circular bamboo needles
and bamboo doublepoints.

Size Matters

Over the past several months we have received many wonderful hats!
However, some care needs to be made when determining the size of the hat.
Here are a few that we have not been able to donate because of the odd sizing.
If you are unsure, please let us know and we can help you with some guidelines!
We know that you spend a lot of time on these items
and that you would want them to fit correctly!

Crocheted Doll Dress Washcloth

Here is the Dishcloth that will be taught in the workshop
from 11:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m.

The Green Bag Lady (Teresa Van Hatten-Granath)
will make an appearance from 10:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m.
at The Big Stitch on Oct 16!

She will be giving out FREE bags and patterns while supplies last.

Beaded Christmas Ornament

12:30 p.m.-1:00 p.m.
One project from the Leisure Arts book "12 Exquisite Beaded Ornaments to Knit" will be taught. FEE: $15, includes all supplies,(yarn, needles, beads, ornament) including the Leisure Arts book (courtesy of Leisure Arts), and instruction. Instructor: Wray Estes.

Crocheted Necklace

Lame yarn and bicone and faceted glass beads will be used to create this fabulous necklace. FEE: $15 which includes all supplies
(yarn - enough to make several, hook and beads) and instruction.
