Crochet Turban



At the recent Threadfest Sale at FiftyForward Knowles, I purchased several vintage crochet and knitting books. The patterns are fabulous! Here is one of my favorites from the Fall/Winter 73/74 edition of Mon Tricot.

    Definitely beautiful!
    I'm trying to make this, but it's not working out!
    I don't get when it says 1 dc in top of 3-ch. Where is the 3-chain supposed to be?

      I think its supposed to be at the beginning of the previous row, turning, you know? :) Hope this helps!

    I'm trying to finish off the headband, but I'm not sure how to get the adorable twist in the front. Any help?
